Muthuvammal is a small village in the well known Kunnamkulam Town Municipality. Its around 4.5 Km away from the Kunnamkulam town. There are around 200 Families reside in Muthuvammal. Muslims are the biggest community. Hindus are coming to the next level. Even christians are very less in Muthuvammal they are the majority in the nearest village Pengamuck. A high degree of communal harmony could be found in the people. Surrounding villages Include Kochanoor (Post Office), Vaduthala (UP school), Ullissery, Thekkanthiruthu, Pemgamuck and Karichal Kadavu. The main income was Agriculture and now it is changed to Gulf income.
Belief
As you realize the main community is Muslims. But Majority of muslims own only names. Their belief is far apart from the real Islam. The people really don't know actual islamic beliefs. They pray to a lot of great people to get their things done.
